Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services through Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd (“Optimus AI Global”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at www.optimusaiglobal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Our Service

Optimus AI Global Ecosystem Ltd is the parent company behind an ecosystem of products including AI tools and subscriptions, cinematic production (Cinema Studios), the BAWIZO Fan Club, and cheapest.ng — our hyper-discount commerce marketplace, at optimusaiglobal.com/cheapestng. cheapest.ng orders are covered by this same Terms of Service — see “Shipping & Delivery” below for its specific delivery tiers and “Refund & Cancellation Policy” for its return window.

Sourcing & Fulfillment Standards

Every order is held to the following standards as a condition of sale:

• Direct factory sourcing — items are procured directly from the manufacturer or an authorized partner, not third-party resellers.
• Worldwide express delivery, with an estimated transit window of 7 to 9 business days from dispatch.
• Original manufacturer packaging and boxes accompany every shipment.
• Applicable manufacturer warranties are honored and included.
• Complete documentation (proof of purchase, authenticity, and origin) is provided with every order.

cheapest.ng: Shipping & Delivery

The standard above describes our sourced-goods brokerage listings. cheapest.ng listings follow their own delivery terms instead:

• Same-day delivery within Lagos, 3–5 business days elsewhere in Nigeria, for items held in local stock.
• Some listings also offer a cheaper “China Direct” option — ordered on demand rather than warehoused, 15–20 business days, at a lower price than the stocked option.
• Not every cheapest.ng item ships from our own stock — some listings are supplied and fulfilled directly by a wholesale partner; cheapest.ng collects your payment either way, and the listing discloses who ships it.

Pricing, Discounts, and Bulk Orders

• Prices listed are subject to change based on international shipping, customs, and currency fluctuations.
• Promotional offers (such as multi-item volume discounts like “Buy 2 or more items to get 20% off”) apply strictly under the conditions specified per campaign and require verification via our concierge before payment completion.

Payments and Transactions

All online payments, deposits, and subscription processing are securely handled through accredited payment gateways, including Flutterwave. By submitting a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. All sales, custom sourcing deposits, and digital service subscriptions are governed by our refund and fulfillment policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This section applies to every purchase made directly through optimusaiglobal.com — AI tool subscriptions and digital services. Eligibility, cancellation windows, and the refund process differ by product type as described below. Purchases made on cheapest.ng follow cheapest.ng’s own refund policy, not this section.

• Who is eligible: Any customer who paid through an accredited gateway on this site (including Flutterwave) and whose order has not yet been dispatched, delivered, or otherwise fulfilled at the time of the cancellation request.
• 14-day cancellation window: You may cancel and request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, provided the item below still qualifies:
• AI tool & SaaS subscriptions: Cancel any time within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund of that billing period, prorated for any days of active use beyond a reasonable evaluation period. Cancelling stops future billing immediately regardless of refund eligibility.
• Digital downloads (music, media): Not eligible for a refund once the download or streaming access has been delivered, in line with standard digital-goods practice. If a file is corrupted or fails to deliver, contact us for a free replacement or refund.
• Event tickets: Refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Within 14 days of the event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee by contacting us.
• How to request a refund: Contact our concierge via WhatsApp (+2348124262305) or email with your order reference. We confirm eligibility within 2 business days.
• Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.

Multi-Vendor Subscriptions & Paid Pinning

External vendors utilizing our platform infrastructure for sponsored listings or paid-pinning services must maintain an active subscription status. Violation of marketplace standards or fraudulent listings will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of active subscription fees.

Limitation of Liability

Optimus AI Global shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, custom clearances, or manufacturer constraints outside our direct control.
